Pearl - Steven Universe - 3D Model Fan Art

A 3D model of Pearl from the cartoon series Steven Universe. This character was created as a part of a course assessment, in which I chose to recreate an existing character concept. I created the model from start to finish, including modelling, texturing, rigging and animations.

I’m rather happy with the result overall even though there are some areas which could be a lot better, particularly the hands and the face expressions, and retop. I’ve not fully rigged a character before so it was new for me and a big challenge. There were also a couple of things I had to cut down due to time limitations.

Also it’s my first uploaded model with other poses and animations!

Pearl is not my own character. I simply made this as a fan art as well as for a course assignment and to practice going through a character creation in 3D from a 2D concept.
